One of my favourite looks created by designers Badgley Mischka is a stunning and elegant shimmering purple and silver long dress. An added twist to it with a big bow in the middle! Glamour was pumped up and shiny this season but some more structural pieces really rounded this collection out well. Badgley Mischka’s woman is ready for a night out on the town. Expect to see her at all gala events!

The GCDS SS19 show was a acidic mix of styles and characters. From the Dr. Seuss inspired ponytails that stuck up and out on some of the models, to a ‘Devil’s Haircut’ that looked so subtle and stylish…Florescent pink or polka dot eyes, make sure to pair with plenty of SASS!

Very impressed with this thoroughly mordern collection from Altuzarra. A Mediterranean escape was on the mind, and damn what a scene it must have been! The hot beach babes of Altuzarra SS19 were fresh and healthy looking, showing a healthy amount of skin. Skin revelations were of the peek-a-boo type, a flirtatious and sophisticated arousal. Bikinis were dressed up with cropped knits, and form fitting skirts. The color palette was a vibrant pastel, almost sherbet. Use of shells were tastefully added on accessories to enforce the theme and the 5 sequined looks of the finally were killer on a runway or boardwalk! Nice one!

GCDS stands for ‘God Can’t Destroy Streetwear’. I F’s with you already! A Milan based brand that began with a hundred sweatshirts made in China from 2015, has now morphed into an up and coming power completely manufactured on home turf, Italy. The creation of two brothers, Giuliano and Giordano Calza, let’s credit ’em with finally realizing my sci-fi dream girl, 3 Boobs. Thought she was completely inaccessible in ‘Total Recall’ world forever, but no… The powers of fashion! Dig the overall vibe of this movement, plus the funky accessories. Supersized shades, Pokémon boots, et al! Send me one ‘dem pins fellas! And babe hit me up anytime.

An homage to wedding dressing, A.F. Vandevorst’s SS19 offering was a memorable offering. Personally most taken with the use of multiple lace applications on certain pieces. Upon further research, A.F. Vandevorst’s runway centered around, “ten unique pieces extracted from vintage wedding dresses and tuxedos in an array of ivory and white. Some contrasted with razor black. For the new generation: this collection of wedding couture is repurposed, repositioned, reassembled.” (A.F. Vandevorst)
Thoroughly modern with surprising street elements like bicycle shorts and a stylish gimp/wrestling mask seen on various looks! Dope!
