是的,我们的确是在等待了一段时间之后才发布了这条信息,因为我们想在发布之前亲身感觉一下实物。过去的几季的Adidas系列在质量上而言的确有些令人失望。这次的系列,我们可以坚定地说是诚意之作。用料非常实在,但凭感觉就是上乘质量。鞋带穿孔,复合尼龙,具备承受住剧烈运动的品质。我想我们见过不少Mary的图案,但是这些图案却充满了时髦与活力气息,有深度。新词涌现!鞋子带着有主题的图案,而服装则是带着内涵。没错,背景是空山基大师的杰作。

Yes we waited a while before posting this because we wanted to see and feel the pieces for ourselves. Last couple seasons some Adidas collections where quite a let down quality-wise. This collection we can safely say is the bonafide. The materials are substantial, they just feel of better quality. Perferations, weighted nylons, these are pretty ready for some rugged activities. I guess we’ve seen our fair share of Mary’s patterns but these are funky and sporty. Definitely digable. Word up! There are shoes that carry the patterned theme, but the clothing carries the weight. Yes the background is Hajime Sorayama, the master.

adidas经典系列花名册上层出不穷的新产品就如同石油大亨赞助的欧洲足球俱乐部那样阔气疯狂。这回是Bape河龟官创始人Nigo,发布了他与adidas合作的FW2014最新3条纹系列,其中不乏一些火爆款式。特别是红白组合的外套搭配地是如此相得益彰,而adidas这番巧妙心思也值得称赞!

Adidas Originals is loading up its roster like a European soccer club with oil money. Nigo, yes Nigo of Bape fame, unleashes his FW 2014 collection for the 3 stripes, and yeah, some of it is hella hot. Digging the red and white sweater design especially. The rethink on the kicks are also deserving of a big up!

Paul Mittleman是Adidas Original的全球設計總監,在還未加盟Adidas之前,他在Stussy工作了二十個年頭。來自紐約的他,見證了從1980年代開始運動品牌影響街頭文化,及到今日又怎樣影響著高級時裝的歲月,他可說是collaboration(品牌與品牌之間的計劃)的先鋒,在街牌界中有著一定的影響力。早前他去到上海出席當地的一個大型街頭品牌活動, 我們籍著這個機會與他做了一個訪問。

Street Cred? All hail. Paul Mittleman hasn’t just been holding down the spot for streetwear; he might have damn near pioneered the genre. Paul goes back to the early days of Stussy. One of the first recruits to the legendary brand that birthed so many others. The native New Yorker has moved on up, and sideways, and now sits with the illustrious title of, ‘Global Design Director’, for the behemoth that is Adidas. Adidas Originals to be exact. So you know they’ve tapped him for his savvy in the game. We had a chance to sit down with the self-proclaimed, ‘inventor of the collaboration’, himself, and go through a bit of streetwear anthology with a fella that was involved with it from the giddy-up.
