It’s dark backstage. It takes a few moments to piece together, but you can instantly tell there is a dark edge to Necro Poon’s new SS20 collection. Gathered together it looks a lot like the environment outside in Hong Kong today. ‘Yellow is the New Freedom’ is a collection powerfully charged. It couldn’t get more ‘street’ than this. A clever collection, nailed home with the pièce de résistance, a denim jacket with the signage, “Water is Shapeless. Water is Formless. Be Water, My Friend” stamped to the back.

…If fortune favors the bold then Guido’s satorial senses brought him a few opportunities. Opportunities which he promptly messed up. A hustle involving importing fakes and flipping them for a pretty penny would be his eventual downfall. Not know for patience, Guido skimmed profits off the top and spent lavishly on the high life. Living beyond his means, thinking he was untouchable, the lesson, when it came was a hard knock one. One that Guido did not survive. Of 6 million stories, a tragic tale from SPITGAN Magazine.
