SPITGAN : Hello Michelle，你可以向SPITGAN的讀者介紹一下自己嗎？
Michelle : 我在香港出生、普通家庭長大。父母不是好有錢，自小媽媽都係灌輸我，一定要讀多啲書，第日才會出人頭地⋯⋯但我一直都渴望時間自由和財務自由，因為我討厭打工！一年前辭去我工作了10年的製衣企業管理階層工作，並全情投入億嘉國際（yijia int’l) 代理Maione抗衰老產品，現時團隊大概有25,000人，最高紀錄一個星期收入69萬港幣。
SG : 我知道你之前也是在時裝行對工作過的！那肯定是非常瘋狂和忙碌的。現在你成為了自僱人士，對你而言有什麼最大的分別呢？
M : 以前的工作，曾經每星期在內地工作兩至三天，其實體力上都不是算太辛苦，但是精神上就很累！因為除了舟車勞頓之外，我們基本上沒有下班時間。晚上和假期，只要有問題發生，我們都要跟進，電話永遠不離手，最高峰記錄同時有四部手提電話作為工作用途！而且需要面對很大的工作壓力，因為製衣業面對全球的訂單下降問題，但是製作成本沒有調低。在這個環境影響之下，很多時都是付出與利潤不成正比。而且在打工的生涯裏面，無論付出多少，在這個行業裏面薪金是有一個範圍，老闆總不能把人工向上調高很多，我亦都明白這個行業經營的困難，所以不斷在尋找另外一些機會。相比起現在的事業，時間自由，因為我們不用有一個上班下班的時間。日常用Facebook ,微信， Instagram等等就可以把我們的產品感受分享出去，我可以在家裏，在車裏，甚至去旅行的時候，都可以做生意。而且網絡世界無限大，世界各地的人都可以比我們的maione 產品所吸引，沒有時間和地域的限制，隨時隨地都可以分享！
很多人看了我們的分享而産生好奇，試用30分鐘之後很多人便成為用家甚至有些會立即了解事業制度並加盟代理一起發展。就在這一兩年間我的團隊人數就由10幾人增加到2萬多人，我的合作夥伴亦包括心理學博士，醫生，藥劑師，護士，企業高層，珠寶設計師，前國際名牌首席化妝及培訓導師，多位擁有超過20年經驗以上的美容業界人士，亦有來自各行各業包括文職，主婦及退休人士。反正任何人，有興趣一同合作的，我們都會提供培訓，幫助拍檔發展。
SG : 你是怎樣遇上Maione的呢？
M: 兩年前，一位朋友的媽媽用了這個產品之後， 60歲的她樣子看似只有40歲。她把Maione分享給我，因為我相信她，所以就使用了。用了兩個星期之後，很多朋友說我樣子後生了很多，然後紛紛都向我問這個產品怎樣買，於是我就開始發展。最初是兼職，2016 年3月24日之後辭去工作並全力發展！雖然說是全職做這個事業，不過時間由自己控制，現在反而多了時間和屋企人相聚！就好像今年6月3日公司在高雄巨蛋舉行的13周年頒奬典禮，我就帶了父母一起去，他們看見女兒在台上領受奬項，非常非常之開心。在其他行業裏面，真心多謝你的人都會有但不會多，還可以給你上台接受大家祝福和嘉許的機會就很少見了！另外，公司對我們非常貼心，除了工作之外，亦都為我們安排旅行，7月28日會有一個6天的日本郵輪豪華遊，我亦都會帶我的父母和侄仔一起去，住最高級的套房，這些都是公司免費送給我的！
SG : 為什麼你會相信Maione？

SG : 你覺得Maione如何對香港繁忙的生活態度有正面影響？

SG : 你作為一個成功的商業人士，有什麼座右銘或者規矩呢？
M: 我覺得人生一定要有夢想！無論你是幾多歲，都不可以放棄你的夢想。就算經過失敗，都要繼續向前進，拒絕過你或者背負過你的人，不要因為他們而停止追逐你的夢想。面對支持你的人，感恩他們愛你，人生只要向着目標前進，你就係贏家！
SG : Hi Michelle. Can you introduce yourself to our readers?
Michelle : I am born in Hong Kong, growing up in a very normal family. My parents are not rich people, my mom always taught me, from when I was young, to study more. Through education I could have a better life in the future… I hated being an employee! I wanted to have great freedom; time and finance. A year ago, I quit my work in the garment industry. I had spent 10 years in management. I fully invested in Yijia International Proxy Maione anti-aging products. Currently my team is about 25,000 people, and our record sales mark for a week is $690,000 HKD!
SG : You have previously worked in the fashion industry, that must have been very busy and stressful. Now that you have become your own boss what is the difference between the 2 careers?
M : My previous job required me to stay in the Mainland for 2-3 days per week. It’s not hard work physically but it is very tiring mentally. We really didn’t have any off duty time. No matter the time, whether midnight or holiday, when something was happening, I needed to follow up immediately! My mobile phone was my only friend at the time. I use to have 4 phones for work! There was great work pressure as well. Profits in the garment industry at the time were hard to come by. Salary increases were very small. It’s tough to run a business. I kept looking for other opportunities.
In comparison, my current career is free, I don’t have set work hours. I can share the product information on Facebook, We Chat or Instagram etc. I can work from home, the car, or during my travels! Every second money can be made! The online world is huge, there are no limits to place or time. Maione information can be shared everywhere, every second! When people use our product, most become our loyal customers and even join our business system. In one year my team jumped from 10 to 20,000 people! My partners include: doctors, pharmacists, enterprise executives, training instructors etc.Then there are those from different career backgrounds like clerks and housewives. We offer training to help our partners develop their own business.
SG : How did you come across Maione?
M : Two years ago, my friend’s mom was using Maione. She’s 60 but looks 40. She shared it with me, that’s how I started using it. In two weeks, many of my friends said I looked younger. They wanted to buy the product, so I decided to invest. At the beginning I was part-time. By March 24th, 2016, I had quit my job to focus strictly on Maione. I had time to see my family and friends. SG : Why do you believe in Maione?

SG : As a successful business person, do you have any rules or mottos you would like to share?
M : For me, I think we must have a dream! No matter how old you are, you can’t give up chasing your dream. Even if you have failed before, keep on go forward. Don’t give up your dream just because of someone’s rejection or betrayal. Think of the people who always support you, be thankful for their love. I believe if we can keep on going towards to our dream, everyone can be a winner in your life!
