有天看見作家陶傑在看我好朋友在HK Magazine的文章，在香港有著同等娛樂性和機智口吻的大概就是陶先生吧。他的論政專欄就是有種Hunter S. Thompson的感覺，正是我杯茶。陶傑處處顯露他聰明的洞察力，也不乏幽讀者一默之舉。這本書結集了一些他的文章而成，不知道是不是只刊載HK Magazine，不過可以肯定的是全部都是舊文章。如果你是那些“我討厭政治”的人或不關心社會的話，可能看書的時候就了解不到箇中精妙，畢竟所有文章都是有關時事的。

I came across the writer Chip Tsao reading my homie’s articles in HK Magazine. The only other column I found entertaining and witty consistently was Chip’s political column. It had a bit of a Hunter S. Thompson tinge to it which is really how I like my political commentary. Chip has some smart ass observations most of the time, and humors the reader with it. This book is more or less a collection of some of his articles. I don’t know if they are exclusive to HK magazine, but none are new. Warning. If you do not know, or care for Hong Kong politics and current events. This collection is entirely based upon them, so it would be rather difficult to understand without knowing the back stories.
