Guangzhou Evergrande defeated FC Seoul on away goals to become the first China club to claim the AFC Champions League, on November 10th, 2013. Basically the equivalent of winning the Champions League for Asia, Guangzhou Evergrande has now won the right to represent Asia at the Fifa Club World Cup in Morocco this December.
