誰會像我那麼倒霉，來到上海才刮颱風？Well, So what. 狂歡的心不會因而停止，看著我滿箱的上海品牌時裝，我就知道今晚我一定會做些什麼瘋狂的事。這刻我的腦袋和暴風暴雨一樣激昂，大自然別以為你能夠擊倒我。這些是來自Pronounce、 FFIXXED Studios、Garçon和STR3AK Clothing的最新系列，由這兩個瘋子Tina和Matt演繹。記得：別玩太濛。

Ominous skies were moving in over Shanghai as we raced with model, Tina back to the shoot location. Sitting in Matt’s apartment was a small suitcase filled with some of Shanghai’s most talented designer wears! The window of opportunity, I could feel was squeezing. We had pushed this adventure tight. The other bookend to the shoot was Matt’s going away party, and that could not be missed. To be fly, on the fly it is! Check out both Tina and Matt rockin’ the latest collection pieces from Pronounce, FFIXXED Studios, Garçon, and STR3AK Clothing! In storm winds and rain it went down. SPITGAN still shinin’.

BURBERRY FW17 WOMENS

Well we’ve come to an end for Christopher Bailey’s tenure at Burberry. It was quite a roller coaster ride wasn’t it. To me he was much more consistent at hitting the mark than a Tomas Maier I felt. It’s too bad fashion cycles are digested so quickly and our memories are so short to remember this dude’s accomplishments. Quiet a few collections come to mind that I liked, though they now seem to blend into vague color puddles and of course a elongated silhouette repleat with the ubiquitous trench. Two things I didn’t like. The abandonment of the house check, which management somehow deemed overused. Bad move as the streets had always adopted that trademark house code and made it part of our own. Second, the flare pants for men. It was a Bailey quirk through and through, but I never felt it worked well. Anyways who am I to say, let’s celebrate his final collection where he finally embraced the voices on the streets and came with a collection very au courant. Yes, the Nova check is back, front and center. What I do dig more than it’s various interpretations and the trench variations offered are the multi-colored heavy knits. Total looks paraded down the runway look chunky and ready for the cold Northern winters to come! Salute Christopher Bailey!

毒品/CHRISTIAN WIJNANTS WOMEN’S PRE FALL 2016

The last 2 things I remember about Christian Wijnants was the joy when I found out he would be carried in Hong Kong. The other was the disappointment of that first collection to be carried in HK. This Pre-Fall 2016 collection though is like the sun has returned and everything is right with the world!

Seoul was full of surprises and we loved it! One of the brands brought to our attention which we had never heard of before was Harding-Lane. Love everything about this label. The subject matter, fish, and other marine life, real or imagined. The needlepoint work for each motif etched on the hat to the dope color combinations of each. Well considered all-in-all! Viva Harding-Lane!
