某天告訴朋友即將去參觀福島的傳統清酒釀造廠，回應竟然都是震驚與憂慮，然後更開玩笑說我會長出第三隻眼睛和增生一些手腳，並建議我穿鉛質內衣保護自己…

福島地震、海嘯和第一核電廠事故發生以後，實在傳聞誤報謊言滿天飛，唯恐天下不亂。可是，輻射其實是很容易通過科學方法檢測出來，所以是無法掩飾或誇大其詞的。

後來在iPhone下載了Lapka輻射偵測程式，並從有輕微強迫症的居港法國朋友借來別緻的Lapka PEM設備準備一併使用。最近被Airbnb收購的Lapka是一個可連接到智能手機的細小環境監測器，其精確的傳感器會對世上肉眼看不到的離子和分子有所感應，當中一個程式就是可以測量和分析緊貼我們周遭環境的基本輻射水平。因為我那朋友認為第一核電站的災難會令整個亞洲瀰漫致命的輻射，所以他買下那小器具以作傍身之用實在無可厚非。

就是這樣，我出發日本前，便在港到處測試Lapka設備的功能。令人相當沮喪的是文華東方酒店地庫酒吧的基本輻射水平比首都東京還要高，而順便一提的是東京的輻射水平竟又較福島高。

到達福島時，Lapka證實我身旁四周都沒有放射性物質。當然，核燃料棒正在溶解的第一核電廠附近範圍是個例外：沿海地區確實有待從遽變中復甦過來，而有關的漁業亦暫告中止。說實在，福島土地遼闊，當中三個地質區域各有不同，而氣候、文化和語言亦有天壤之別。

我探測到在福島縣內最大的城市郡山市，會津若松鎮和喜多方地區農場的背景輻射程度只有0.17，持續較香港地區的0.20-0.21為低。說實話，香港、上海和東京這樣的大都會全因花崗岩和混凝土建築物太多而令輻射聚結不散，含量較福島郊區還多實在不足為奇。

會津若松連接喜多方的地區就是那肥沃的水稻盤地。海邊的重災區與會津若松連接喜多方地區被郡山山區隔住，距離仿如東京遠離富士山一樣。那福島會津若松的人可吃刺身嗎？傳統會津若松那兒從不多吃魚生或海鮮，與近畿京都的習慣相似。會津若松當地的刺身反而是生馬肉伴辛口味噌，或者像京都同樣吃一種軟軟的腐竹腐皮，即素食版「湯葉」。有些菜式會用上干貝帶出鮮味，與廣東的粵菜不遑多讓。

某晚坐新幹線上行前，查問了東京外國記者俱樂部的數位新聞記者，曾到過福島的都對該縣讚不絕口。然而很多時候，有關福島的資訊發布都牽涉政治問題，這與其他任何小鎮沒有異樣。

參觀的第一家釀酒廠是位於福島田村市 (名雖為市卻更像村落—巴士服務只到晚上6點) 的仁井田本家，成立於1711年，由品牌的第十八代傳人仁井田穩彦釀酒大師主理。他和22名員工負責種植和收割水稻，以及整個清酒製作過程，並對自己的手工清酒製作非常自豪。

Windaus Wister這個名字很特別。我們於去年的香港春夏時裝週遇上了這位年輕才俊，當時他坐在香港會議展覽中心一個比較隱蔽的角落，差點讓我們錯過碰上這位謙虛的年輕人的機會。他的攤位看起來有點凌亂，一半以上的產品都已賣出，穿上他的設計的人體模型與整個環境氛圍造成極大的對比。他並沒有嘗試冒充簡約派藝術風格，但整個視覺效果卻讓人感覺在觀看IDGAFery的某個展覽，是一個“毫不費功夫” 的佈置。他的設計不單只個性突出，主題亦相當鮮明，獨特同時予人不順著潮流而行的感覺。整體而言非常優秀！Windaus Wister 像是香港時裝週的一道清泉，令我們有「這個年輕人將會有一番作為」，而沒有空手而回的感覺。

Windaus Wister it has a nice ring to it. We met the young squire tucked away in a blind spot of the cavernous Hong Kong Convention Center last spring at the HK Fashion Fair. We almost passed the unassuming dude by. His booth looked like it had been picked over and half the merchandise sold! A mannequin with one of his creative designs looked disembodied from the entire display completely. The whole visual gave off a sense you were staring at some kinda showcase of IDGAFery, opposed to come check my wares. It was quite the ‘no effort’ presentation. It made no attempt to masquerade as minimalism, it just was. It was enough though. The 5 or six garments, not total looks ya hear, where brilliant. Their personality stood out just hanging on racks! The ideas were sharp, unique and against trend. Windaus Wister saved that fashion week for us. Instead of walking out empty handed, we came away with as sense that damn, this kid could do it BIG.

SPITGAN – Who is Windaus Wister?
WINDAUS WISTER – Lol. Wind is my Chinese name. I wanted to have an English name so I would check the dictionary. In fact Windaus and Wister are two seperate names but when I mixed them together it looked like, sounded like, the IT brand Windows Vista! When I said the name it sounded quite interesting and then I put it together.

SG – Yeah. Its a very interesting name. It sounds like a name of magic.
WW – I met a German guy before and he asked me if I was German.

SG – What do you want Windaus?
WW – I want my lover, and my business.

SG – What do women want Windaus?
WW – All women want to have a rich husband. No need to work.

香港的fashion lover肯定知道Jourden的傳奇故事。Anais Mak 2012年成立Jourden，兩年後就已獲意大利Vogue選為2014年度Vogue Talents 設計師。Anais亦於2015年奪得LVMH年輕時裝設計師大獎。

Anais專注在高級的物料和手工，什至希望創造出新的物料創作。今季的Jourden充滿了60年代的感覺，看起來卻不會太過古舊。背景雜亂的椅子告訴你No Rules的主題，優雅的陣容、反叛的感覺，正好形容這一輯相。她將針織的上衣拼上絲綢的裙子，將優雅的禮服設計注入了活力，令整個系列很強烈的感受至大膽無懼的女性，沒有規範的、自豪的。

SPITGAN : 你可以向我們介紹一下自己嗎？
Yvette Kong : 你好！我叫江忞懿Yvette。今年23歲，我是一個香港人。

SG：你的工作是什麼？
YK：我觸及的工作不少！除了游泳以外，我熱衷於傳遞情緒回復的訊息和在香港推廣體育。其中一個我常做的就是在不同的組織和機構舉行座談會。我很高興及榮幸可以擔任成長希望基金會的大使！我希望能夠努力提高大眾對貧窮兒童的認識。我同時也是個業餘的攝影師！

SPITGAN : Can you please introduce yourself to us? Your name, age and nationality?
Yvette Kong : My name is Yvette Man-yi Kong. I am 23, and I am from Hong Kong.

SG : What do you do?
YK : I’m into a lot of things… Other than professional swimming, I’m passionate about passing on the message of resilience, and promoting sports in Hong Kong. One of the ways is to speak at various organisations and institutions. I’m very grateful to be anointed the goodwill ambassador of Changing Young Lives Foundation, and am doing work to raise awareness for underprivileged children. I’m also an amateur photographer!

SG : Are you living your dream?
YK : Absolutely. I am content with what I have now. At the same time, I’m excited for opportunities to better myself and others around me.

SG : What is the greatest sacrifice you have made to live your dream?
YK : Swimming has always been a huge commitment in all aspects – time wise, physically, emotionally and mentally. it takes up a big chunk of my life and there are some not-so-delightful things about it. However, I never see myself sacrificing anything. I gained so much from my sporting career that I think I’m in debt to the sport! The so-called negatives like having a very tight schedule, enduring tough practices, etc. in turn, upgraded me into a person of better skills and values.

SG : How did it feel to find out you made the Olympics?
YK : It was a mixture of relief and excitement. Going to the Olympics had been my dream for about 20 years. I missed it twice, narrowly, and to have made it, it was kinda surreal. It was too much to process at that moment. Without a thought, I just threw my arms up in the air.

SG : How did you find out about it?
YK : I had a race in Eindhoven in April (2016). I did my main event there, and I hit the automatic qualification time. So the qualification time for a 100 metre breaststroke is a minute, 7 seconds, and 85. My time was just below that, 1:07:69, so I automatically qualified for the Olympics. That was pretty cool! I celebrated in the water right away!

SG : Describe the feeling of entering the stadium during the Opening Ceremonies in Rio.
YK : I didn’t go. My race was 2 days after. I figured it would be too exhausting for me to walk the opening ceremony. Would have loved to be there though!

SG : How did you feel about your performances at Rio?
YK : I think overall, I am really happy with my Olympic journey – it’s been incredible! I felt there’s a little bit more in Rio in regards to my own performances; I would have loved to swim a little faster. That said, it’s been a huge learning curve with it being my first Olympics. There was just a lot to learn from that experience like handling media attention, and preparing for the biggest meet on Earth…

SG : So there was a lot more than just the swimming part?
YK : Yes. It was a whole new package to deal with.

SG : Will you compete in another Olympics?
YK : I am considering. You know by 2020 I’ll be about 27. Right now my main priority is to rest up. Get a holiday. Maybe get back in the water in a month or two, and start training to see where I am.

SG : Would you say your a competitive person?
YK : Absolutely. I am highly competitive. I always want to win, though I know that winning isn’t the most important thing in life.

SG : Would you say your a different person as an athlete compared to your day-to-day?
YK : I think its pretty much the same. The athletic Yvette, and the daily life Yvette is pretty much the same. Although, I would say I am a lot more intimidating when I put my goggles and cap on! That’s what people say too. I look so cool, and am about to murder someone. LOL.
