Nice button down from an IZZUE ARMY line. Don’t know if this is some kinda capsule collection or what. Nice and understated though. I like the clean front and the knit camo detail is a nice surprise. The contrast of textures etc. Makes it a piece both formal and casual. Done!

IT自主品牌IZZUE成立15周年,创意部颇具品位的人士委托了艺术家Ernesto Artillo为新季宣传广告打造了系列拼贴画。没有听闻过Ernesto Artillo大名的人也许听说过他是一个在地球上生活了27年的艺术家,曾与像Christian Dior,Dolce & Gabbana还有Yves Rocher这样的行业巨头跨刀合作过。同时Ernesto也是一位典型的西班牙人…代表!

For the 15 year anniversary of I.T.’s house brand, IZZUE, some tasteful fellow in its creative bowels has commissioned artist Ernesto Artillo to create these collages for its advertising campaign. Those not familio with Ernesto may know he is a artist of a tender 27 years on this earth and has collaborated with industry heavyweights like Christian Dior, Dolce & Gabbana and Yves Rocher. Ernesto is also a Spaniard. Represent!

毒品/ETE! FW2014 AD CAMPAIGN

I.T.这一季真是卯足了劲。我们会给他们的各种宣传广告不少篇幅,因为的确是非常入眼。这里就是一个意外的惊喜。旗下品牌ETE!虽然我对该品牌不甚了解…很抱歉,他们是一个多品牌公司,感觉旗下似乎有100来个品牌!所以不能怪我!刚说到哪了?对了,这种查图式广告的画风真的特别有味道。 他们将插画与产品照片相结合也是相当微妙呢。我第一次被吸引是在街头看到过往的公交车广告。现在,它又出现在了“GAN”呢! (I.T.未提供插画家名字)

I.T. really ramped up the pressure this season. We have or will profile quite a few of their brand campaigns just cuz they bringin’ it that way. Here’s a pleasant surprise. Their brand Ete! which I don’t know much about…Sorry, their a multi brand that seems to carry 100 brands themselves! Be gone with your complaining ass! What was I going on about? Yeah, this illustrated stuff. Really like the flavor. Sublte how they combined it with the product shots. It first caught my eye on buses in the streets. Now its on the ‘GAN too! Represent. (Illustrator name not provided by I.T.)

毒品/CHOCOOLATE FW2014 AD CAMPAIGN

IT公司旗下品牌CHOCOOLATE最受瞩目的部分之一,恕我的愚见,是他们的广告宣传。利用光滑图像的从众心理而大胆地选择使用动画/插图,本季CHOCOOLATE力邀TheBruce Wayne超人成为了系列封面。为什么Bruce Wayne会接受这份邀请?虚荣?因为显然,经济不列入考虑范围。不管怎样吧!一位诚实的超级英雄在任何时候都不亚于超模的影响力。

One of the best things about I.T.’s in-house brand, Chocoolate, in our humble opinion, has always been the advertising campaigns. Bravely choosing to use animation/illustration over the herd mentality of slick images, this season Chocoolate has invited THE Bruce Wayne to be the face of the collection. Why would Bruce want to do it? Vanity? Clearly money wasn’t an issue. Anyways kudos! A bonafide superhero trumps a supermodel any day.

接近季末的时候出现了不少有趣的作品。但说真得,它们来的相当及时,做出来的时候正符合穿着的时节与条件。我说的就是PATTA X CARHARTT WIP。该系列比较保守,并没有新颖的剪裁来推进设计。口号是!哦,哦,哦,打住!有时候许多细节很容易被忽视。终于发现了症结所在! “Wild at Hartt(错拼)’? 靠!这算不算专利呢!看起来任何品牌总监都能够由秀场回归到绘图板上。

Some interesting projects coming out late this season. Really though, they right on time, and ready to be worn in the weather and conditions they were made for. Patta X Carhartt WIP here. The collection is capsule, and there really are no new silhouettes that push the design forward. The slogan though! Oh oh oh, pause! Sometimes stuff just gets overlooked. That’s the lic right there! ‘Wild at Hartt’?! Dammmn! Patent that ish! Get you some! Kudo’s! Any brand manager can pick there dentals up off the floor and go back to the drawing board.
