Sometimes you need a reminder that you’re a G, know what I’m sayin’? I have the peeerrrfect song for that! Check out ‘Momma I Hit A Lick’ by 2 Chainz featuring Kendrick Lamar (& produced by Pharrell Williams). I kid you not, whenever I listen to this song, it restores my gangsta confidence.
In this song, both 2 Chainz and Kendrick talk about their successes in the game. To me, it’s kind of like a ‘Momma I made it’ type of song. [Trust me, I will play this for my Mom when I make it]. There’s definitely some honorary mentions on the new album though!
